Zell Van Myers was a talented young architect out of USC that acquired this parcel in Whiting Woods in 1955. His goal was to design a cutting edge post and beam for himself to live within while framing the majestic views offered by this site. His accomplishment has been preserved for the lover of this artistic era of residential architecture. The simple curb side view belies the wonder within with its high wood ceiling, walls of glass, and open space filled with natural light.
