Since purchasing, the Sellers have painted and added baseboards for that finished look, added shutters, ceiling fans with lights and remotes, recessed lighting in the kitchen and hallways, a new light fixture in the dining room, updated light switches and sockets throughout and placed a Phantom screen door at the entry allowing fresh air to flow through the home.
