South Park is changing the texture of DTLA. We’ve watched this neighborhood grow, and designed something with an entirely different point of view – a new take on living in downtown Los Angeles. We created WREN with a specific tribe in mind, not a demographic or a generation. We designed WREN for people who value the same things, who share a similar approach to life, and who appreciate the details. We envisioned a residential experience that is more fluid and intuitive. From day-to-day living to evening and weekend entertaining, we understand what’s missing from DTLA and created something uniquely beautiful in South Park.
