See Supplement … The ambiance in this home, with over $185, 000 spent in the magically lit outdoor entertainment space is an extended living and dining room for us, with hardwired mood lighting everywhere and over 1365 sq.ft. of IPE decking and seating. It is a must see at night! We can invite a few friends over to watch the sunset and the binge watch Netflix/Apple TV on a large pull-down screen in the covered and heated gazebo, after sharing a delicious meal gazing at the expansive ocean sunset and night lights. We hand sanded the wood beam ceilings to give it the color of a white sand beach and added 4 sky-lights, oversized windows and many doors in the living room to let in the ocean breezes. The exterior stones were hand picked and also grace the floor to ceiling fireplace. Because we love to entertain, surround sound in the living room and speakers in the dining room and kitchen always allow us to create the mood we want from the up-beat 50’s to classical. I covet the oversized pantry in the dining room. The master suite has 3 walls of windows, ocean views and a large sitting room that could also be an office. At night, we can sometimes faintly hear.
