Your host and housemate is a 73-year-old active male, who divides his time between playing duplicate bridge, traveling and working out at the gym. He welcomes you into the common areas of the house – there are two large cabinets in the modern kitchen for your own dishes and groceries, and you have use of the kitchen anytime. The washer and dryer are also available anytime. You might also choose to use the living room, sunroom or private patio. You’ll have a shared key to the clubhouse, so you can use those facilities anytime you wish. You will even have a lockable storage shed reserved just for your things.
