High speed internet, cable TV plus streaming ROKU TV in the home theater and the bedroom TV. There are 2 large community pools and 1 spa located at the clubhouse. Guests are welcome to use all facilities including the gym, exercise and art classes, health spa and the pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts. (Some fees may apply.) This rental can only accommodate 2 adults. Fully furnished with leather La-Z-Boy recliners, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, pot, pans, linens, and towels.
